can simply return the ordered items, within 15 days of receipt, for a quick refund or
credit (delivery charges excluded).You have to return the item in the original
box and packaging.
- If the item received is defective or damaged, it may be exchanged without
charge. (Please note if the shipment was damaged during transport, it should be
mentionned on the delivery bill upon receipt.)
